Based in Stechford, Birmingham; we manufacture, install and maintain BMS (Air Conditioning) systems with a client base nationwide.

Due to the business growing we are recruiting for an office administrator to support the Finance Manager and Director on a day to day basis. 

This is a part time position working Monday to Friday 12noon to 5pm on a minimum basic salary with the potential to be full time. The work involves oral and written communication, word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries.

Administrator duties:

  • Handling external communication and customer queries
  • Filing and managing in-house systems
  • Basic book-keeping
  • Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Management of office equipment/supplies

Requirements:

  • Friendly and confident telephone manner
  • Smart dress
  • Organised
  • GCSE Maths and English
