Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager: Several exciting opportunities have arisen for a Sales Manager and a Senior Sales Manager for this stunning privately owned new hotel. As a successful Sales Person, you will be looking for the next new exciting challenge you will have a proven background in securing new business, managing existing accounts with key existing relationships in the Corporate/Mice and Transient markets. You will have a will to succeed, be a strong negotiator. Perhaps a London Sales Person looking for the next challenge London Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes from Central London but has a diverse and exciting pace and is highly competitive not unlike London.
The hotel is part of a small privately owned group and this is a new and exciting concept for the London Heathrow market and as such we are looking for strong, highly successful individuals to work for us in selling our new hotel.
The new roles of Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager will focus on developing business in all areas of the hotel from both new and existing clients. In addition, the role of the Sales Manager and the Senior Sales Manager will have to ensure the yield and rate strategy is effective to maximise business. These positions also involve being an effective host with an ability to showcase a new hotel in a professional and effective way. Delivering a consistent level of customer service to all clients will be essential to success in these roles.
What we need from you:
These are proactive sales roles and will require strong sales, negotiation, organisation and communication skills.
Proven experience in a similar proactive sales role within ideally an airport or Central London property
Knowledge of selling a four-star hotel in the marketplace
Knowledge and experience of hotel systems, STR, Hotelligence
Knowledge of relationship selling and account management
Full understanding of E commerce, OTA’s, Yielding, Hotel budgets and Forecasting
Knowledge of a hotel brand preferred but not essential
Effective team leader and team player working towards the hotel key objectives and your KPI’s and targets.
Excellent written and verbal English with great communication skills. Highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
Confident and tenacious with a go-getter 'can do’ attitude.
