We're looking for a Head Chef to be working with Gizzi Erskine and an executive chef to deliver and execute our food menus within the restaurant, deli and bar areas.
Managing a large team and a high volume of customers on a daily basis, an understanding of the financial side of running a business and the ability to motivate and build a strong team of happy and loyal staff is paramount.
Londons first cashless bar and restaurant project will see television chef and author Gizzi Erskine curate our restaurant, deli and bar food menus. On top of these areas we have a record shop, florists, coffee roastery, podcast room and garden.
The space is a stunning 10,000 sq ft former council building, moments from Broadway Market and London Fields.
We are now hiring management positions with a view to starting as soon as we find the right candidate. We are launching on the 16th March.
This is one of those jobs that doesn't come around very often!
