Our client is a property rental company as well as the UK’s leading MOT and auto repair experts. They operate from clean and modern premises. They run a busy property rental company and a busy repair centre from the head office in Wheler Rd Coventry. They are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Admin / Accounts Assistant to join their team.

You will be responsible for entering and recording all rents and sending out reminder letters. You will also be responsible for updating customer records for reminders from our service centre. You will also be required to enter bookings on our excel spread and sheet shuttle runs for customers.

Experience with any form of property rental will be an Advantage

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hardworking and organised
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience with Microsoft word and excel
  • Good customer service skills

Working Hours:
Normally 16 hours per week.
However these can be 12-16 hours a week (maximum 20) over 4-5 days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Monday and Friday are required days (although the middle of the week is flexible).
Hours may suit parents with children ie  0930 to 13.30 or 1000 till 1430 etc
