My name is Marc Jones and I operate Time Well Spent.
We are a family run business in Surrey who operate a collection of pubs. We have a selection of 8 sites based in Surrey & Sussex, all in beautiful locations.
Time Well Spent has been in existence for 14 years and has owned and operated a number of businesses in the area. We currently have a chain of premium & professionally run pubs & restaurants in the Surrey & Sussex area.
I have been involved in the industry for 25 years in many different roles, ranging from director in a large managed company, industry expert consultant, BII mentor and award winning publican. We believe as a team in sharing our knowledge and enjoy watching people realise their dream of running their own business.
TWS is a progressive company and is always looking for people who have a forward, positive and upbeat temperament.
We are now looking for Managers, Assistant Managers, Head chefs & Second chefs for some of our venues.
The roles will be working closely with the central operations team to execute the running & growth of the specific sites and to be involved in the development of new and exciting dishes to refresh our menus.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a real desire to be professional at all times, plan & support business growth, deal with and produce fresh food, and enjoy being part of a special group of people.
Young budding and seasoned managers & chefs are welcome to apply. We also accept applications from people who have a burn to join the management and chef world.
We support the ones that find it challenging of course, but we are looking for the people that can INSPIRE, LEAD, DESIGN and CONTROL their own pubs & kitchens. The perfect people are first and foremost, UPBEAT & FUN. No miserable people need apply. Secondly, they need to be able to deal with all aspects of pub & kitchen life.
