  • Maintaining databases and updating ledgers
  • Raising purchase orders, checking prices and reconciling invoices
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Reconciliation of payments- Sales ledger & valuations
  • Processing wages
  • Identify & allocate costs
  • Accumulation of job costs
  • Chasing debtors
  • Posting information onto the accounting system
  • Processing new starters
  • Monitoring the tracking system and producing vehicle reports
