Highstreet Outlet is a growing online clothing company who have been trading for 8 years. We retail via our own site, Amazon and Ebay as well as having a warehouse shop here in Poole. Our clothing is surplus from all the Big UK brands and is mainly ladies wear.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standard of customer service. You will oversee both the sales and returns process, and deal with customer queries via email and telephone.  Our customers are our number one focus and your responsibility will be to keep our customer relationships strong, in able for us to grow loyalty and enhance our reputation.

In a small business the right candidate will view difficult queries as a challenge, be able to self-initiate solutions based on our guidelines. Interest or previous experience managing/operating websites is desirable but not essential.

Our website and other sales channels need to be constantly updated with new products, we also need to manage the current product catalogue, checking stock levels and descriptions, optimising and improving. An interest in clothing and fashion useful.

Working Hours

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 3pm

Salary dependent on experience £8.50-£9.20 PH with Holidays and generous Staff Concessions

  • Monitoring product listings
  • Liaising with warehouse staff regarding customer orders
  • Monitoring and processing returns
  • Improving and devising improved working practices
