Reservations and Events Coordinator - Old Parsonage Hotel, Central Oxford

A vacancy has arisen for a Reservations & Events Coordinator for the Old Parsonage Hotel, Parsonage Hotel & Grill. 

Oxford’s small luxury hotel, the Old Parsonage has 35 bedrooms & houses the Parsonage Bar & Grill. The in house private dining room, the Pike room, is licensed for wedding ceremonies.  The Old Parsonage is part of Mogford Ltd, an independent, family owned collection of luxury boutique hotels and restaurants in central Oxford. 

Key attributes required for the role: 
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail 
• Pro-active in your approach to maximising sales opportunities 
• Guest focused with outstanding customer service skills 
• Excellent team work skills 
• Positive & calm under pressure 
• Local knowledge & an understanding of the Oxford hotel & restaurant market 
• Exemplary written & spoken English 
• Essential to have previous administrative and F&B experience in a hotel.
