Due to a large increase in business, our client has an exciting opportunity for for a Trainee Administrator to join their progressing transport and warehousing company within the Totton, Southampton area.  

Full training will be given within this role, which will include:

  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Works scheduling
  • Transport planning
  • Updating databases
  • General administration

The work offered requires the following:

  • Previous administration experience is beneficial
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Experience working within a warehouse or transport environment is desirable
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • A keen and positive attitude 
  • This is a trainee role where progression is available for the right person, with a keen personality.

    Working hours:  Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.

    Salary:  £15,000-£16,000 per annum, which will increase following stages of training completed.
