Carrot Cars is an award winning, Canary Wharf based Minicab Company that is looking to find night shift controller who is customer focused to aid with its ever growing demand. Offering great customer experience is the key element of our dedicated operator team.
Call centre duties: answering incoming calls and making bookings
Taking and checking bookings
Using Echo - Best Dispatch system available
Dealing with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner at all times
Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Assist other members of the team when needed
Customer service experience in high volume environments (restaurants, hotels etc.)
High level of spoken English
Punctuality, flexibility and professionalism
Typing, spelling and good knowledge of London
Must be able to work night shifts and weekends!
Training is provided at pay rate £8.31p/h (2 weeks) rising to between £9.00p/h and £12.00p/h after successful completion of your training program. Thereafter your pay will be reviewed every 4 months and increased according to your performance.
