We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Assistant to join the SameDay Logistics team, based at our Bristol Service Centre.

This role is for 45 hours per week Monday to Saturday.

It will involve undertaking the day to day management of a key CitySprint contract. You will need to deal with issues as they arise, liaise with staff at service centres across the UK, and provide daily SLA feedback and reporting to the customer.

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will also be required to produce both internal and external reports clearly and concisely in a number of different formats, depending on the requirements of the business and the customer.

Other responsibilities will include monitoring the daily SLA performance in order to ensure that targets are being met and key criteria are being adhered to, as well as highlighting and investigating any areas that fail to meet the expected performance levels.

Essential Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and respond promptly to customer queries.
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Have a good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication and reporting skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to identify service issues and communicate these clearly and concisely to the business.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance.
  • Be an ambassador for CitySprint's core values of reliability, accountability, empathy, and flair.
