My client a successful Luxury Hotel and Spa based in Cornwall is on the lookout for a highly competent Head Chef to run the kitchen in this multi-site operation.
This role is suited to candidates who have previous Head Chef experience and managed more than one food outlet in the process. The venue has a fine dining restaurant and a more casual dining menu in the bar, which overlooks the beach.
The required standard would be around a good 2 or 3 Rosette for the fine dining restaurant. Clientele will include leisure tourists mainly with the occupancy being high all year round not just in season. The menu showcases fantastic local produce and seafood.
The salary for the role is £38,000 (with 10% GP bonus scheme) and although live in accommodation is not provided for heads of department roles, a temporary facility may be possible for relocators.
