Job Summary

A new role for an office administrator has been created for a property management company based in Headingley. The role will initially be based over a couple of days a week with the potential to increase over time and particularly at busy times. The main role would be to provide assistance to the small team in the day to day management of 75 properties and developments.

There is potential for flexibility with days / hours to suit the candidate, assuming this can be fit around current staff hours. The office is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

General office admin - phone answering, email responses,
Signing keys in and out
Helping set up a new Bills inclusive venture for the company
Aiding with property inspections
Typing out property reports

Qualifications and Skills

Computer literate
Basic office experience
Driving license and vehicle - will not be required daily but for certain tasks would be advantageous
Reference will be required

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £7.50 /hour
