Don Valley Ltd is a family run turf and seeds business based just outside Inverurie.  

We are looking for a temporary customer services assistant/office administrator to join our small, but happy team over the busy season from March until around October, however for the right candidate, there may be a permanent opportunity.

Ideally someone with a wide range of experience, an all-rounder with good common sense and enjoys a challenge. The majority of the time will be spent helping customers, both by answering telephone and email enquiries as well as dealing with customers at reception, so you must enjoy dealing with the public, and have a great telephone manner.  Ideally you will have experience of Sage Line 50 accounts system, however training can be provided, as there will administrative work such as invoicing, producing quotations etc.  You may also be asked to help the directors with more PA type tasks, so it is important that you are happy to tackle any job, small or large!  

Sales or marketing experience would also be welcomed.

Salary will be based upon experience, hours would be Monday to Friday, 8.00am until 5.00pm
