In-House Face-to-Face / Door-to-Door / Street Fundraiser Team Manager
In-House Face-to-Face Fundraiser Manager with experience managing, developing and training Teams of Door-to-Door and Street Fundraisers is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.
SALARY: £33,500 - £35,400 per annum

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an In-House Face-to-Face Fundraiser Manager with experience managing, developing and training Teams of Door-to-Door and Street Fundraisers.
Working as the In-House Face-to-Face Fundraiser Manager you will provide strategic development and day-to-day running of one of the largest Face-to-Face, Door-to-Door and Street Fundraising in-house teams in the industry.

Your duties and responsibilities as the In-House Face-to-Face Fundraiser Manager:
- Retain, develop and manage a largely temporary pool of workers and responsible for training and monitoring them to represent the Charity in public (Street, Door-to-Door, Private Site channels)
- Produce, manage and monitor the in-house face-to-face budget of c.£3m
- Set clear strategies, objectives and KPIs to maximise on the delivery of a diverse portfolio of fundraising products
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the In-House Face-to-Face Fundraiser Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing face-to-face, Door-to-Door or Street Fundraisers
- Demonstrable track record in fundraising and or marketing handling a sizeable budget, analytical skills and understanding of Return on Investment and life time value
- Knowledge of Industry Regulators, IOF best practice and other relevant legislation
- Eligibility to work in the UK
