Loan Officer - Central Brighton

A proven experience in finance is preferable but not essential and you must be degree educated.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Offer present or prospective customers, personalised solutions across the entire range of what the company can offer.
- Deliver a great customer experience.
- Engage customers and offer value based solutions by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent Communication skills with previous outbound call centre experience.
- Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets and comfortable with change.
- Competent computer skills.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable team player.

£19.000 + uncapped commission
