Camellia’s Tea House is a London based artisan tea company that specialises in hand made wellness and speciality teas. We are an independent and friendly company where genuine career opportunities will be offered.

We are opening a new tea house and retail shop in February and are currently looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Tea Baristas to join our friendly team within Camellia’s Tea House, located opposite the British Museum.

The candidate must be highly organised, effective team players as well as being capable of working alone. The ideal candidate must have a confident and friendly manner with a positive approach to solving difficulties and problems. Good attention to detail is a must and exceptional communication and customer service skills are expected at all times. Operational experience of making teas, coffees as well as food preparation is essential.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives a warm welcome and truly exceptional experience throughout their whole visit. The role will include taking orders, making teas and coffees, serving tables, preparing food, clearing tables and keeping the whole tea house clean and tidy including the deep clean at the end of the day and general cleaning duties within the tea room and toilets.

Western European or Japanese language skills would be a distinct advantage.

Qualification: Minimum A Level or equivalent education required

Staff must be eligible to work in the UK.
