Bakery Chef de partie required for award-winning bakery
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and passionate Bakery CDP to support the delivery of exceptional food at our award-winning bakery. We produce products for both in-house customers and wholesale clients, and for our own restaurants.
The primary responsibility will be to prepare breads and pastries to an excellent standard (including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating), to maintain food prep checklists, and kitchen logs for food safety compliance. The quality, provenance and sustainability of our food is extremely important to us, and we are looking for a candidate that shares that passion to join our team.
