We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at our Chelsea restaurant.
We are ideally looking for ;
·A minimum of 2 years experience
·Currently working in a face paced, quality, restaurant
·Be able to assist the head chef in all aspects of food production, running/training the kitchen team and meeting food hygiene standards
·A passion for food and consistent execution of all dishes
·Organised and able to deliver a reliable and high standard food service.
·Able to work effectively as part of a team and train junior staff·
.Understanding of stock control and GPs
