We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our established team of Telephone Market Research Interviewers in our large West London call centre.
This is a part time role that offers working hours of 5.15pm to 9.00pm or 3 evenings a week (between Monday and Thursday). Additional hours are also available during normal office hours.
We offer a very competitive salary of £9.75 per hour, plus 12.1% holiday pay.
Full training will be given, and there is no selling involved.
As an Interviewer, your role will involve telephone liaison with people of all levels across the UK, to carry out important market research studies on a variety of different topics. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but more than that, it is vital you have the understanding of working in a business environment, and recognise the importance of our research.
You will be working on interesting projects for a variety of clients collecting valuable data to shape and improve services and products for the future. Your input really does make a difference.
Our office is based in West London, just a five minute walk from Hanger Lane underground station. There is also free parking available on site in the evenings.
The Kantar Call centre in Hanger Lane has a panel of circa 200, and are looking to boost the numbers to cover high workloads in 2018.
We are looking for true team players that are able to work to fix targets both as an individual and as part of a team ... Each project will be of varying lengths but will all have fixed targets. Our clients work with us as we take pride in providing quality data and to high standards.
