Hotel is seeking a  Receptionist to work  some Nights and Day shifts.

Good opportunity for a experienced Receptionist to work in a small privately run 3 star Bed and Breakfast Hotel in North London, Muswell Hill, London N10.

We are seeking someone who has:

- Good Written & spoken English.
-Good with Computers
- Experienced in this job
-Flexible - Must be willing to work Weekends and Bank Holidays , -

--Shifts : Nights, evenings and Morning Shifts
-Hard Working, patient
- Helpful, polite and Willing to assist Guest with carrying Luggage upstairs when required.
- Guest Service focus, Very Friendly, Polite.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Easygoing  personality 
- Service with a smile
- Able to work with a Team and alone if required

Job Information:

- 4 or 5 days a week, 
- Gross Pay: £7.50/hour in Line with National Minimum Wage.
-5.6 Weeks Holiday Pay per year.
-Meals provided
-Typical Rota:

Night shifts are from 11 pm till 7.30 am,

Morning from 7.30 am till 4 pm,

Afternoon Shifts from 4 pm till  11 pm.

Job involves:

Supervising and Managing the Reception
Check In and Check Out of Hotel Guests
Liaising with Customers and there requirements.
Handling any room complaints
Dealing with all Emails and Telephone Queries
Random Room Inspections
Attending to Guest requests
Completes other tasks as assigned by management.
-Training will be provided

Location in Muswell Hill, North London N10 ( Near East Finchley and Wood Green )
