Support Workers (30 hours) £8.45 per hour, East Dunbartonshire

Quarriers East Dunbartonshire Phase 3 Service support adults with learning and physical disabilities through providing direct physical assistance, emotional support, advice and encouragement in all areas of everyday living from help with housework to enjoying a full and active life through activities in the community.

Successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC. Where you are employed in a service where registration is compulsory, you must ensure that you register in the appropriate category within 6 months of starting in post. After registration, there is a requirement to be qualified within 3 years.

Quarriers have a number of services that support adults and children with learning and physical disabilities across East Dunbartonshire. The people living in these services have various support needs including support with their personal care, bathing, dressing, eating etc. People also require support to access and extend their use of community facilities, resources and activities.
