The Company

London Environmental Ltd have been established since 2001 and since then have built a very well respected and recognised reputation within the service industry – predominately within the pest control and hygiene sectors.

Our business has grown mainly through recommendations and field based door to door sales and recently an opportunity has opened up for a Central London field sales role with a fast track to management.

The Job

  • Working from your own desk within the Essex head office to plan and organise the upcoming week
  • Focusing on building relationships with existing and new clients face to face and over the phone
  • Speaking to high end business to business prospects such as managers and directors
  • Booking appointments, carrying out surveys and writing up quotes
  • Working alongside the technical team on up-selling and improving our current services for existing clients
  • Earning commission on all converted sales as well as a basic salary

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who has some form of sales experience or experience working on the phone but if we believe there is potential and you show confidence then it is not necessarily vital.  This said, the candidate must have a bubbly and friendly phone manor as this job would require an out-going personality in order to succeed.  They must also be a driven person who is hungry for money as this job will allow them to firmly control their earnings depending on the work load they put in.

The Pay

Monday - Friday between the hours of  09.00am – 17:00pm.

Wage will start at £21,000 per annum and will be subject to increase at the end of a 6 month probational period.

10% commission is awarded for all self generated sales and 5% for converted leads from technicians.

Sales Targets will be a very obtainable £5,000 of newly generated contracts per month for the first 3 months.  This will then go up to £10,000 after this probational period.
