The role is within a small team, so you will have the opportunity to learn and experience all aspects of marketing.

This is a paid, 3-month temporary contract. The salary is based on a 20 hour working week at £8 / hour.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the marketing manager on implementation of the marketing strategy for eContractHub

  • Attending weekly meetings and note-taking

  • Arranging monthly social events

  • Monitoring and cleaning contact database

  • Pipeline and prospect research

  • Partnership creation and management

  • Email marketing

  • Social media engagement

  • Blog management

  • Supporting the office with administrative tasks / running errands

  • Monthly reporting

  • Assisting the senior team


  • A great communicator, both written and verbal (essential)

  • Ability to work remotely (essential)

  • An understanding of and interest in a range of marketing activities, offline and digital (essential)

  • Access to your own laptop (essential)

  • The ability to manage multiple projects (essential)

  • A confident phone manner (essential)

  • Excellent time management (essential)

  • Knowledge of HTML (desirable)
