We are currently recruiting for two different mobile receptionist positions based in central London.
Permanent Mobile Elite Receptionist based within a prestigious business school based in the picturesque Regent’s Park. We are seeking an experienced Hotel or Corporate Receptionist/ 5*Customer Service candidate who is keen to step into a role working in a dynamic and highly professional environment.

Role: Mobile Corporate Receptionist
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Hours: Monday – Sunday 12 hours up to 50 hours per week ,12 hour daytime shifts
Duties for this role:
- Strong meet and greet skills and a warm, welcoming personality
- Ability to work on own initiative, be confident in the role and take ownership of the reception area
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to remain self-motivated during quiet periods and enjoys being the face of the brand
- Providing customer service excellence to all visitors and tenants on a daily basis
- Train elite cover on building procedures
- Manage the overflow of facilities management administration
- Regular updates of onsite reception manual

- The ability to work calmly under pressure and handle stress levels in a high-spirited manner
- Attention to detail is very important and the receptionist must be able to thrive in a busy environment yet also manage quiet periods as required

Permanent Mobile Boutique Hostess to join one of the world’s finest jewellery brands within their Harrods boutiques and flagship stores across Central London.
Role: Mobile Boutique Hostess
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Sunday 42.5 hours per week, rotating shift pattern between 9am-9pm
Languages: Chinese, Arabic and French would be advantageous but is not essential
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Providing 5* customer service to all visitors
- Working in a vibrant and fast-paced team environment
- Managing high footfall and dealing with all visitor enquiries
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Ensuring the boutique is tidy and well-organised
- Assisting the sales team with various tasks as required
