We are a Linen Hire company; we hire out linen to Events, Hotels and Restaurants. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Administrator. The role is permanent and will be based in Sharston. The role is very varied with no day being the same. Customer service is a priority. We want our customers to experience the best customer service. The Person must be self-motivated, a confident communicator and computer literate. Microsoft Office skills essential. Ability to multi task is important. Someone with a 'can do' attitude and team player with a willingness to learn and grow. We will train you on our own systems. Experience on SAGE accounts software is a benefit. You must have experience of working in an office environment.
The job involves:
• Verifying & processing orders;
• Organising holiday rota
• Processing Wages
• Credit control - Chasing outstanding debt
• Days of work: Monday to Friday.
Salary: £16,000 to £20,000 (depending on experience)
