Customer Service Executive
HGV Express are a training provider, handling inbound enquiries from a wide range of individuals. Our duty is to liaise with prospective candidates, establish the right training package for them and help them get started.
With continued growth and expansion throughout the company, we are now looking to increase the size of the team with a new Customer Service Executive to help ensure our standards of service and productivity are maintained.
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our friendly sales team based in Acton, West London.
As part of a small customer service team, the Customer Service Executive will need to cover a range of responsibilities:
•Discussing products, processing payments and helping to maintain the order of our internal CRM system
•Liaising frequently with third-party training centres through both telephone and email, and arranging training and test bookings on behalf of our candidates
•Writing letters to help support and inform existing and new clients
•Creating and managing spreadsheets to help organise candidate training arrangements as well as sales performance figures throughout the business
•Issuing sales receipts and product information to clients through email
•The working hours are 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.
To be considered for the Customer Service & Sales Executives position, you will have the following skills and attribute:
•Strong command of the English language – both written and spoken
•Previous experience in an office-based administrative role
•Confident and professional telephone manner
•The ability to multitask, as required
•Organised and professional approach to all work
•Clean and tidy appearance, and a keen attitude
