WhiteHat is looking for an outstanding operations analyst to work in the delivery team to support the team with core administrative functions, supporting coaches to have more time with their apprentices and ensuring the efficient running of the team. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to help ensure the smooth running of the team.

Qualifications required:
Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both).
You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages.
NOTE: Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.

Job outline:
Business Administration level 3, this qualification will be delivered by WhiteHat.

Location: Marble Arch, London
1. You’ll become the go-to person for all problems the coaches have about onefile and on-boarding
2. You will be responsible for preparing on-boarding documentation, working closely with the quality team to make sure it is all correct before sending it out to employers
3. You will be responsible for helping get the fortnightly induction days set up including laptop set up, functional skills assessments and food for the day
4. You will be responsible for setting up all new apprentices on the e-portfolio and learner management systems
5. You will be responsible for maintaining our e-portfolio system, including inputting apprentice information, updating it with apprentice’s details relating to their qualification and key contact information
6. You will be responsible for creating ForSkills accounts
7. You will be responsible for taking notes and actions at our weekly meetings
8. You will be responsible for sending out quarterly feedback surveys to apprentices and employers, and working with the Head of Operations to dive into the data to understand trends and learnings for WhiteHat
9. You’ll prepare weekly data exports from our core systems to feed into weekly reporting
Hours are: 8:30 - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Skills Required:
1. You are highly organised: you are a self described ”neat freak” and passionate about helping everyone else be organised too.
2. You are amazing at prioritising and are often told that by teachers and friends
3. You have amazing attention to detail - you spot when there are things out of place, and put plans in place to fix them
4. You have excellent communication skills: You can explain things clearly and like speaking on the phone and writing e-mails
