Experienced Roofline Technician
A rapidly expanding Berkshire-based business group is looking for an energetic and customer focused Roofline Technician to join its Gutter Cleaning/Repair and Installation team.
The position will involve providing the above services to a high standard and with excellent customer service. Experience using ladders is essential and your ability to work with people is a must. You will play a key role in the development and growth of this expanding part of the business. Previous knowledge and experience of pricing up work would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
Tasks will involve working at heights and travelling from location to location so a full UK driver's license is essential. Your working hours will vary but will normally be around 7/8 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week Monday to Saturday on a shift basis, with a start time normally between 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 a.m.

Responsibilities and Duties
Cleaning and clearing gutters as per daily job sheet
External cleaning of fascia and guttering
Quoting for cleaning, clearance and repairs work based on clients requirements
Taking payments and liaising with office staff for bookings
Recognizing opportunities for up selling and increased customer satisfaction
Liaising with office team regarding purchasing and ordering parts as required
Qualifications and Skills
Experience working at heights either previously as gutter cleaning operative or roofer would be desirable
Expert ladder skills and experience of working with scaffold/harness work would be an advantage
Must be in good physical condition
Full Clean driving license and a good driving record
Honest and trustworthy with a positive attitude
Able to work on own initiative and recognise opportunities to improve the customer's experience
Well-presented and polite
A good work ethic
You will receive 20 days paid holiday and 8 days Bank Holiday
If successful you can expect full support and exceptional training provided by the management team, providing the opportunity to learn new skills and progress to more complex work such as gutter and fascia installations thus developing your career within the business.
Hours: 5-6 days p/wk (Mon-Sat shift basis). Start time may vary but usually between 7:00-8:00am
Salary: OTE expected to be between £25-30k p/a depending on skills and experience
