Our client is seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join their busy team in North London. You will sitting in a 50 person modern office.
They are long standing UK practice with offices all over the UK and as well as having key clients, will also break into niche architectural markets to ensure project variety.
With the expansion of Revit, there is a large modelling team with a spot open for a senior Revit technician and lots of investment into BIM software.
This is role for an eager structural technician who has the previous knowledge and experience of working on real UK building structures. You should have a CV which demonstrates your structural drawing experience in consultancy based in UK. You should be able to be able to draft in all major materials (concrete, steel, timber and masonry) as well as having had experience with both new build and refurb projects in a variety of sectors.
Projects are mainly in the new build sector but will involve some refurb work.
You should be a keen leaner and want to take on any new challenges. You should have some experience of drawing the structural elements of large “house builder” type developments so will have reasonable designing skill and a very good knowledge of relevant building regulations, together with the ability to work efficiently.
This consultancy works on award-winning work from small to large scales in all areas of new build and refurb. They specialise in heritage engineering, off-site fabrication, and appraisal of existing buildings. They are also involved with infrastructure engineering, engineering sustainability, pre-planning advice and deep basement design.
