We are looking for coffee lovers who know the difference between a Cappuccino and a Macchiato! You will be talking to other coffee enthusiasts, taking orders, giving advice on capsule flavours and technical help with coffee machines. Our virtual certification and tasting sessions will turn you into a coffee expert!

Alternatively, you may be interested in our NPOWER inbound customer service opportunity? Talking to NPOWER customers you will be handling meter readings, bill enquiries, home-move and a diverse range of enquiries.

We are looking for agents who either have previous call centre experience or delivered customer service in a face to face environment. You will need excellent communication and problem solving skills, be empathetic and remain calm under pressure. Working from home you need to be self-motivated, honest and reliable.

As a work from home customer service agent, you’ll deal with a range of customer queries inbound via the telephone.
