The Job:


As Contracts Manager you will be accountable for the running of variable sized contracts in the Surrey and Sussex areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that it meets both its operational and commercial targets with a key focus on client and resident satisfaction. 


Your responsibilities will include:


•Making sure that the contract is adequately resourced

•Contract planning, preparation of regular progress & financial reports and quote & deliver extra works

•Ensure work is carried out to the quality required and that it complies with the specification


Must Haves:


•Experience at a similar management level within the Refurbishment and Private homes sector sector

•Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills combined

•Good commercial skills with the ability to achieve KPI’s
