Fiixer operate throughout London supplying handyman and Property Maintenance Services.

We are looking for someone to fill the role of service and bookings coordinator. This role involves answering emails regarding bookings and booking jobs in. It also involves answering the phone and taking bookings.

You will need to manage our fiixer's schedules making their routes more efficient, we also take over the phone payments.

This is not an exclusive list but gives you a good idea of what needs to be done.

Experience in property management or a maintenance company will be an advantage

Requirements are that you are flexible, suitably qualified, customer focused and a good fit for our dynamic team. Customer service is at the heart of our business so proficient English is essential. Working from home maybe an option but for the first few months at least we will expect you be be in the office so you can receive the adequate training.
