NEWLY CREATED ROLE: Kitchen Manager – Ed’s Easy Diner
IMMEDIATE START – Up to £26,000 per year – Bonus - food on shift - discount on food – private healthcare – pension – 28 days’ holiday – incentives – career development opportunities
Due to the growth and development of the Ed’s Easy Diner brand and menu we have created a NEW ROLE in our restaurants – we are now looking for experienced Kitchen Managers to oversee the back of house operation, ensuring the kitchen and team operates smoothly, quickly and delivers the quality of food our diners have come to expect from Ed’s.
This is your chance to utilise your skills and experience as a chef to make your mark on the successful running and performance of an established and well-loved branded restaurant.

What do we look for in an Ed’s Easy Diner Kitchen Manager?
To manage, lead and develop a team of people in order to provide the required quality of food, at a pace consistent with the environment, and satisfying the needs of the business whilst ensuring that Company policies, procedures and standards are maintained.

•A passion for all things food and a love of cooking
•Ability to work well under pressure
•A natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team
•A strong in understanding of how to run and manage a professional kitchen
•Realising your potential and helping others to achieve theirs
•Pride in the highest levels of cleanliness and health and safety
•Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced professional kitchen environment as a kitchen manager is desirable.
