Areas of Contribution:-
Within this role you will use your software license experience and understand its importance to our clients and Clearvision as a business. You will be responsible for a key area of direct growth within the business and also servicing our existing clientele and their Software renewals already owned by Clearvision. The service and will report directly the Sales Management team.
Regular liaison with the relevant personnel within our customers’ organisation
Regular liaison with internal customers including Purchasing, Accounts & Sales divisions
Provide, track and follow up on all customer software licence requests & quotations
To ensure all orders and order queries are processed in accordance with procedures
To advise customers on licensing procedures
To take responsibility for all basic customer queries as well as escalating more complex queries to sales management
Compile and distribute monthly vendor License Renewal Statements where required
Attend Customer/Vendor review meetings when required
Month end clear up – ensure all possible outstanding orders are invoiced off at the end of each month
Distribute & follow up on all Support renewal agreements and expiry notifications
Come to the role with a customer service approach
Collaborate effectively via phone, email, Messenger/Hipchat with colleagues and customers to improve the experience
Answering inbound calls if phone rings more than 3 times
Supporting the Sales Team with the creation of software license quotations
Organised, self-motivated, efficient with a high attention to detail
Customer service experience (Telephone / email)
Able to work as part of a team and also have the ability to work and focus individually
Proficient in web 2.0 technologies (Gmail, Hipchat, Skype etc)
An understanding of the need to respond quickly to sales requests
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage
The ability to be proactive
Minimum one year similar commercial work experience
Previous experience in an IT-related environment
Exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM system
Smart and well-presented team player
Good telephone manner
Quick and hungry to learn
Likes tackling obstacles such as The Blockness Monster, King of the Swingers, Kiss of Mud 2.0 or climbing mountains in your spare time!
