Main Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from customers
* Book them for an appointment with an engineer
* Reply to customer emails
* Arrange the delivery of machine parts from our suppliers
* Send details of appointments and jobs across to our engineers

Skills Required

* Have a clear and confident telephone manner
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Emails
* A polite and friendly telephone manner
* A positive, proactive attitude to work

Benefits

Successful candidates who pass their 6 month probation period will earn a monthly bonus which is up to £1000 per year. Other benefits include 28 days holiday per year and a really supportive and friendly working environment, The office hours are Monday to Friday 9-6pm with one Saturday in four as paid overtime at time and a half.
