Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer required to work for a small / medium but well established company servicing London and the Home Counties.

This varied position will include servicing and installation of small works, commissioning and signing off commercial fire alarm systems. You will have gained a recognised electrical qualification and have prior experience with installations and fire detection & alarm systems.

There is also an out of hours standby and call out service which you will be able and required to work, this is based on a 5 weekly rota system, which offers a retainer plus overtime at an increased rate.

You will required to be of a good level of fitness as manual handling and working at heights will be involved.

Commercial awareness and problem solving skills are key attributes along with being able to communicate well and be client facing.

An ability to work on your own initiative, with a reasonable standard of written and numerical skills.

A Valid full driving licence is essential.

Remuneration Package

30 - 35k + Overtime
100 Call out retainer (every 5 weeks)

This is a full time position but may take someone on a Temp to Perm basis for the initial 3 months.
