Best Western Hotels are looking for 2 great Receptionists to ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception. They need to overlook the hotel so that standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times at our Kilburn Hotel.

We are looking for someone who lives locally and can work Early/Late/Nights shifts.


Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently
Check guests in and out with efficiency and a professional friendly manner
Deliver outstanding customer service
Providing accurate information to guests in relation to their booking
Cash handling and taking the correct payment from the guests for payment of rooms
Answer and deal with all incoming calls
Deal with guest queries and complaints
Filing, photocopying, mail distribution and faxing
General upkeep of the main office area
Assisting with general administrative duties

Previous experience of working as a Hotel receptionist preferred
Must be computer literate and have knowledge of working with a reservation system
Ability to use own initiative and work with limited supervision
Professional telephone manner
Must be able to deal with guest queries and complaints
Must have excellent organisational skills and good attention detail
Able to work in a busy and pressurised environment
Must be flexible.
Must have the patience to deal with difficult customers.
Must have excellent command of English
Very Well presented - you are the face of the company.
