With the this popular restaurant going from strength to strength Brampton Hut is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to head up the Back of house team and work as part of the management team to really drive this business forward. Already performing well on its measures, you'll be experienced with a great understanding of stock controls, food margins and the ability to achieve set KPIs. Taking accountability for some key business areas you'll have the responsibility to maintain and drive standards forward. We're looking for an exceptional eye for to detail when it comes to food quality and standards whilst keeping the guest experience at the centre of everything you do. Leading from the front you'll have a passion when it comes to developing and coaching a team whilst demonstrating the ability to work through fast paced services.
