Serviced Office in EC2 requires Part Time Telephone Receptionist/Facilities Assistant Support.

Full training provided however key skills required: MS Outlook, Excel & Word, IT Skills & Facilities experience advantageous. Suitable applicants should have previous Customer Service or Reception experience and MUST be clearly spoken, confident and assertive. Core hours are between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, although we are flexible and open to altering these hours to suit should we find the right applicant. Salary £21,000pa pro rata.

The primary activities are Reception and Front Desk duties, which include meeting & greeting visitors to the building and answering telephone calls on behalf of a number of other companies. In addition responsibilities also include supporting the operations of the business and the building facilities including the upkeep and general housekeeping, this includes assisting with our compliance to Health and Safety regulations and liaising with suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities include:
Answering telephone calls on behalf of other companies, redirecting calls based on client information held on a database.
Booking meeting rooms and maintaining room readiness between bookings.
Ordering from suppliers & managing building stock.
Daily building checks.
Liaising with cleaners and building contractors.
Client Services billing: Recharging Post, Photocopying, Catering, etc.
Using Point of Sale software, meeting room booking system, database software, Excel & Word.
Providing client support as and when needed, Secretarial/Admin support.
