Experienced restaurant operators looking for chef(s) for our newly acquired Bridlington outlet. You will initially be prepping and cooking meals for a lounge bar and restaurant.

We have huge plans for this village pub-restaurant which is located on the edge of Bridlington, on a main road. We plan major refurbishment after the New Year and need to expand our team immediately. After refurbishment we shall also offer a superb banqueting and function service, of which you will be an integral part.

We'll be specialising in home-style British cuisine, with steaks, fish, pies and delicious puddings, all using FRESH local ingredients. If you are creative, can devise exciting new dishes and perhaps help assemble attractive menus, this is the ideal job for you. We won't be dressing up foam, ice or bits of seaweed; nor shall we be sending food out on odd bits of building materials! We shall be offering REAL food, cooked properly and served on traditional plates, so as to best highlight YOUR work.

You must take pride in your food and will want to help keep a clean kitchen, fully compliant with H&S regulations and one you can be proud to invite customers into. We want our staff to be happy, friendly and enjoy their work, while preparing food to the highest standards.
