looking for an experienced Admin Support Representative to our warehouse in London, Ealing West.
well-spoken & confident, excellent communication skills with phone manner.
Build relationships on the phone.
Answering incoming telephone calls and email correspondence.
Stock availability, delivery information and order discrepancies predominantly by email and telephone.
Cold-calling to existing customers to sale our coffee products.
Support the Service and Warehouse teams on their daily tasks.
Doing customer orders and invoices, dealing with customisation requests and order notes.
Managing customer returns and resolving cases.
Follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure company database is maintained and client details are updated.
Experience using computer software’s.
Part time job as a starting point – 09:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday.
