My client hotel is a friendly, stylish, good value hotel in Bournemouth which is renowned for its warm service and excellent food are now looking for experience Room Attendants.

As Room Attendant, your duties will mainly include:
•Cleaning rooms and public areas according to the hotel high standards
•Looking after corridors and cupboards
•Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper
•Re-supplement rooms of toilets/mini bars
•Greeting guests
•Maintaining five-star standards at all times
•Ensuring prompt and professional guest service

The desired skills and experience required for this Room Attendant position:

•At least 1 years’ experience within Housekeeping role - preferably at a 3/4* Hotel
•Be motivated and have good communication skills, both verbal and written
•You should have a passion for providing continuous first-class customer service
•Demonstrate an absolute understanding of hotel guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories
•Be able to work under pressure
