Our client is seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their Online team, based in Harrogate on a permanent basis.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of online support services. The main focus of this role will be to provide second line support and escalating more complex incidents to the 3rd Line support teams.

Skills essential for the role are:

- Significant experience working in an IT support role at 2nd line level

- Experience working with a service management information system

- An interest and passion for IT and proven skills to work with online Infrastructure

- A good understanding of Web terminology

- Degree level qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience

- Ability to understand IT solutions at a technical level to provide effective support
