Online Support Analyst - 2nd Line
* Do you have significant experience of working in an IT support role at 2nd line?
* Would you describe yourself as proactive and logical with a high attention for detail?
* Have you previously worked within digital or eCommerce?

We are looking to appoint an Online Support Analyst, with experience of providing support at 2nd line - managing incidents, requests, problems and changes, along with a good understanding of web terminology.

Key responsibilities;
* Work in partnership with the wider IT team to effectively resolve incidents and requests received by the Service Desk
* Act as a point of escalation for more complex 1st line issues
* Provide cover for 1st line support as required
* Support and liaise with digital suppliers, eCommerce partners and internal colleagues
* Manage daily technical tasks such as integration monitoring and maintenance of the online email account
* Undertake functional/UAT testing in web environments

Required skills;
* Extensive 2nd line support experience
* A good understanding of web - HTML/CSS/website architecture
* Experience of working with and supporting websites (eCommerce systems)
* Comfortable extracting and analysing data
