The Roebuck, a sustainable pub in the heart of Borough is currently looking for a Full Time Sous Chef

What we are looking for-

- A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and enthusiasm for sustainable practises.
-Experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Chef de Partie level or above.
- The ability to run the pass on busy shift
- Exceptional eye for detail and standards.
- Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
