The Lifestyle Hotel Group is looking for a Reservations Agent / Customer Service to join our family. Your job will be to assess the needs of our guests and guide them with your intuitive perception towards a worry free stay and booking the optimal accommodations for their visit. If you have a passion for interacting with new people as they embark on their trips, this position is for you!

Ensuring our guests are met with a feeling of welcome, comfort, and security, we aim to provide a comfortable stay in our accommodations from the individual business person to the traveling family. We strive to exceed expectations in all aspects of operations from cleanliness to customer service. Our guests' satisfaction is a top priority.

- 5 days per week Friday To Tuesday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Payment is £9.00 per hour + Commission
