Kontor has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Start-ups in the UK in 2017 and are looking for a surveyor apprentice to support the Head of Flexible Office Solutions in his/her day-to-day duties - working with clients to find and secure their perfect office space.

Entry requirements:

Minimum grade C-A* (or 4-9) in five GCSE, including Maths and English(or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.

This is a Business Administration level 3 standard apprenticeship, training will be delivered by WhiteHat.

Location: nearest stations are Old Street and Shoreditch High Street underground, London.

Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Directors and other members of the team in their day to day duties
2. Organising and Undertaking office viewing tours
3. Negotiating transactions (initially under the guidance of the Head of Flexible Office Solutions)to get our clients the best deal possible.
4. Preparing cash flows, appraisals and generally undertakinganalysis
5. Updating internal databases
6. Preparing availability and viewing schedules and presentations
7. Undertaking day to day administration tasks
8. Liaising with Serviced Office Providers, Brokers, Landlords, Clients and members of the public
9. Building your profile within the Central London real estatecommunity
10. Promoting the Kontor brand
Hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri.

1. Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels
3. Team work skills to be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others
4. Excellent written English and good attention to detail, including proofreading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
5. Highly organised and very strong administrative skills
6. Able to work under sustained pressure and to tight deadlines
