The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a call centre/ Helpdesk environment, dealing with high volume of calls and providing the highest level of customer service.

You will working for 37.5 hours per week from Monday - Friday, offering a starting salary of £19,000 with annual salary reviews an company incentives.
