What you will do…

As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for testing activities to ensure 3rd party Enterprise Service systems meet requirements. This includes responsibility for rigorously planning, writing and executing test scripts within an Agile team. As part of this role you will have the opportunity to become responsible for all automated testing activity within the team.

How you will do it…
* Reporting to the Test Lead to ensure that SaaS solutions are fit for purpose, meet functional specification, meet quality expectation, cost effective, and delivered on schedule.
* Evaluation of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Identification of testing requirements, creation and execution of acceptance tests.
* Recording output for specific differing audiences communicating with both technical and business parties
* Investigating and reproducing complex and technically challenging defects and testing fixes.
* Contributing to the application of Agile and Lean principles within the Tribe.
* Contributing to the test management of 3rd party suppliers.
* Help define change management and BAU processes.

What experience we would like you to have…
* Experience in all aspects of the Software Testing Life Cycle
* Experience in applying quality assurance processes in an Agile software development environment
* Demonstrate strong, clear and accurate communication with team members and stakeholders
* Understanding of Agile and Lean Principles and experience of testing under Scrum or Kanban methodologies
* Ideally you will have exposure to test automation, either through writing or executing automated test scripts.
